Consequences of denying the use of Trackers
Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, Trackers help Kobana provide a better experience and advanced functionalities. If the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may be unable to provide the related features.

Note: In the context of this Cookie Policy, Kobana acts as the Controller of personal data collected directly from visitors to its website through Trackers. This should not be confused with the role of Processor that Kobana plays with respect to the personal data of its Users' customers within the scope of the Service, as described in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Definitions and legal references
Personal Data (or Data)

Information collected automatically through Kobana (or third-party services employed in this Service), which may include: IP addresses, URIs, time of the request, the method used, the size of the file received, the status code, the country of origin, browser and operating system characteristics, time details per visit and the path followed within the application.
User
The individual using Kobana who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
Data Subject
The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.
Data Processor (or Subcontractor)
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. Under LGPD terminology, this corresponds to the "Operator".
Data Controller (or Owner)
The natural or legal person that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data. In the context of this Cookie Policy, the Controller is the Owner of this Service, in relation to data collected directly from website visitors.

Cookies are Trackers consisting of small sets of data stored in the User's browser.
