How do I receive credits?
Credits are automatically applied to your Kobana account and can be used on your next invoices.
Where can I use the credits?
Credits are applied to your subscription monthly fee. They do not include excess consumption or additional fees.
Can I accumulate credits?
Yes! All credits from your referrals are accumulated. You use them as needed, no rush.
Is there a referral limit?
There is no limit! You can refer as many companies as you want and all referrals from the 5th onwards earn 100% of the referral's monthly fee.
How do I track my referrals?
In your Kobana dashboard.
Do credits expire?
No! Your credits do not expire and can be used while you are a Kobana customer.
