Statement Viewer
Free tool to turn OFX bank statements into a cash flow report. Upload one or more files, from different banks, and see day-by-day balance, inflows, outflows and categories, no registration.

What the tool does
What it reads and recognizes
Brazilian bank statements vary in format, encoding and value notation. The tool handles the main cases:
OFX 1.x and 2.x
SGML with unclosed tags and XML, both formats of the banking standard.
Encoding
CHARSET:1252 and UTF-8, including files with a mismatched header.
Values
-1234.56, -1.234,56, 89.90- and thousands with a dot, however each bank exports it.
Dates
With timezone (20250102120000[-3:BRT]) and without time; a nonexistent day is discarded.
Duplicates
A transaction with a repeated FITID is counted once, even coming from different files.
Company CNPJ
Finds the CNPJ in the memo, validates the check digit and shows the company name.
Use cases
The Statement Viewer is useful for anyone dealing with cash flow day to day.
Close the cash flow
Combine statements from multiple banks and see balance, inflows and outflows for the period in a single report.
Investigate transactions
Find out who received each payment: the CNPJ in the memo automatically becomes the company name.
Check before reconciling
Use it as a quick check before handing the data to finance or to your accountant.
Privacy first
The report is built to expose no more data than necessary.
The link is the credential
No sign-up, no password. The report link expires in 30 days and can be deleted before that — along with the transactions and the original file.
